  1. Every lot in Maricopa County is on the county's 2026 aerial photo.
  2. Type your address and we find your lot and trace its line.
  3. We take the house out and measure what is left.
  4. Turf goes around the pool, and you can change any area.

We do not ask for a phone number until you want the plan sent to Clay.

Four layers, built so water goes down and out.

The turf is the part you see. Under it we put infill, a compacted aggregate base and graded soil with a drain path, so a monsoon runs through the yard instead of sitting on it.

  1. Turf and backingThe surface you picked, with permeable backing so water passes through.
  2. InfillChosen for pets, heat or play. It is not one bag for every yard.
  3. Compacted aggregateA stable, shaped base that carries water away.
  4. Graded soil and drain pathWe fix the grade before anything green goes down.

The two questions we hear most.

A play set and toys on an artificial turf lawn in an Arizona back yard

Does it get hot?

In full Phoenix sun, yes.

Lighter two-tone blades, a cooling infill and shade over the spot where you sit make it cooler underfoot. We plan those three with you.

A quick pass with the hose cools the surface for a while, because the infill holds the water and gives it back slowly.

What about the dogs?

Odor is a drainage problem, and we build for drainage.

All the turf we install has fully permeable backing over a prepared base, so liquid passes through. Edge restraint, seam placement and a compacted base keep a determined dog from pulling it up.

There is no bare soil left to turn into mud, so paws and floors stay cleaner. A rinse now and then is all the upkeep a pet area needs.
